Fall Clean Up

Saturday, October 24th was our annual Fall clean up.  It was an encouragement to see so many from the congregation participating. Men, women and children showed up ready and willing to help. Our deacon Jason Braden, with the help of Campbell Quigley, organized the event and made sure everyone had a job to do. Some of the jobs included: raking leaves, sweeping the parking lot, cleaning the gutters, cutting back perennials and general winterizing of our building.  We were done early and had an opportunity to get a crew together to help our elderly neighbour rake her property.  We finished the afternoon with a pizza lunch, homemade cookies and a Birthday Cake to celebrate Karin Foster’s Birthday!  We thank God for this opportunity to work together and to keep our church building in good order.
